Comment: "Please make your hearings for case # IPC-E-23-14 more accessible than your hearings last
year. Since Idaho Power's proposals would significantly impact customers' bill savings, it is only fair that
you make it possible for all customers to atend and make their voices heard. Everyone deserves a
chance to speak out, including those that are unable to travel and those that speak diverse languages. If
you truly value the input from your community, it's cri�cal that you offer virtual op�ons AND transla�on
services for your hearings. "
