Comment: "I totally disagree with Idaho Power's proposed structure as outlined in leter received May
2,2023. The proposed variable system is way to confusing for owner of of residen�al solar.We basically paid for power under a single rate. Under the current agreement are reimbursed with credits at that
rate.

The proposed Idaho Power rate structure leaves the se�ng of price to be paid for electricity in their
hands. This seems to to be a system that has poten�al for abuse by the company.

The Commission should not have commissioned a study by Idaho Power but accepted studies from all
par�es with some independent review process. "
