Comment: "Idaho Power's arguments make litle sense:
1. They say they want to make this fair to all consumers...Fair would be to recognize the cost borne by
their customers who stretched their budgets to afford on-site genera�on. My solar panels were very
expensive and I have yet to recoup the cost.
2. Their customer base has greatly increased yet they say their expenses have increased by 1% per year.
How much has their revenue stream increased?
3. For once, PUC needs to support the ci�zens of the state of Idaho, NOT a corporate profit-seeking
en�ty.
