Comment: "I have been informed of changes to rates of credits for solar producers are being considered
for an adjustment. While I don’t agree with the reasons for the changes being considered, I want to ask
that these changes only be implemented for those in a future date and not yet in contract or produc�on.
I would ask that my property get the same rights as those producing solar for the last few years. In an
atempt to make things more fair for the community, I ask that this atempt for fairness to also be
extended to those who already agreed to a specific set rate and credit. Only a�er the new rates and
credits are set, should the incoming solar producers be required to adapt. Thank you. "
