I installed my 10 k system in Oct 2021 and signed agreement that things might change in the future. My credit cards also disclose such. But not this extreme as IP wants. With the Feds passing the Inflaon Reducon Act recently, more folks probably will install solar but this will cease dramacally in Idaho if Idaho Power gets it's way . Brad Litle brags about how many jobs Idaho creates but this will kill the solar install industry, cosng many good paying jobs. I've been thinking of being a solar distributor in my area, since I've been researching solar for 14 years. But if the PUC approves the Voder report, that will kill my business plan.. Please don't accept Idaho Power's plan to kill residenal solar... Sincerely, David Sff" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The following comment was submited via PUCWeb: Name: Michael Burgin Submission Time: Jun 22 2023 3:26PM Email: burgymd@gmail.com Telephone: 208-739-8685 Address: 713 Cherry St New Plymouth, ID 83655 Name of Ulity Company: Idaho Power Case ID: IPC-E-23-14 Comment: "I would like to voice my opposion to Idaho Powers proposed change to net metering. To switch to their adjusted rate will negavely affect the people that have put the money in to reduce the Power grid load by installing solar. As a heavy power user we decided to invest in solar to due our part and save money. An investment of $68K is not one to take lightly but understood the long term effects and return on investment. Now for Idaho Power to devalue our on-site power generaon is no more than a money grab. I would hope this is an easy decision to DENY their request to change our compensaon. At the very least "grandfathered" should apply to anyone who has a system prior to any changes. Thank you Mike and Stephanie Burgin "
