Comment: "I would appreciate the power companies keep their word and honor their promise. The
atrac�on for ge�ng a solar system was in what was being offered by them. Taking the offer away, and
going back on their word, leaves homeowners with a broken promise and without incen�ve. Please
consider that honoring the promise is what is being proposed here. It's always best to honor what was
promised."

Comment: "In response to the changes requested by Idaho Power to On-site Genera�on:
I signed a contract with Idaho Power and I am not signing a new contract with them to change this
program to benefit them even more. The grandfather date should include up to the date before their
proposed change would go into effect.
This is yet another plan change that benefits a monopoly company against the public who has helped
them address the lack of available power in their grid and is monitored/controlled by a group of folks
owned by the monopoly. It's wrong and �me the PUC actually does their job and stop this nonsense.
