Comment: "To Whom It May Concern:
I request that if you decide to allow the changes Idaho Power has proposed, at the very least, please give
considera�on to those customers with exis�ng “non-legacy” systems in place. Idaho has a very small
percentage of residences and businesses with solar systems in place. Those systems already in place are
not enough to create a hardship for other customers. In fact, the exis�ng solar systems undoubtedly help
support the stability of the grid during peak demand in the heat of summer. I request that you consider
exemp�ng all exis�ng systems from the proposed changes, much as you did in 2019.
