Comment: "I am very concerned, as my solar system in Meridian, Idaho is being installed as I type this,
that Idaho Power moves the goalposts in a nega�ve way, causing us to lose valuable credits we would
need in the winter. The cost of being environmentally conscious about our power resources and impact
to the grid is not just offset by my tax credits. The ability to afford these systems lies in the savings the
solar credits provide. There should be vigorous study and public comment. "
