Comment: "Hello,

I'm wri�ng to object to the Idaho Power Annual Power Cost Adjustment for 2023. As a residen�al
consumer, I feel that 10.34% is too great of an increase.
As seniors, we are impacted dispropor�onately greater than one would think. Our income flow is from
Social Security and a small pension. We are faced with the infla�on of our basic needs and don't see any
relief in sight.
Please scru�nize Idaho Power's request more closely and take it down into the single digits if possible.

To whom it may concern,
I have reviewed the financials of Idaho Powerand Ida Corp.In the past seven years operating expenses
have been almost the same while income revenue has steadily increased.In 2022 they had net profit of
258 million.
If,after payinga healthy dividend and still having that large amount of profit,it seems to me that an
increaseis unjustified.
Please consider either reducing the amount of their increase or denying their application.
