Comment: "Regards to Idaho Power asking for more money I don't see where there are mulple coal
power plants in Idaho, there is only one, (Idaho Power Langley Gulch Power Plant), Idaho Power owns
33% (704 MW) of the Jim Bridger Plant in Wyoming, 50% (260 MW) of the North Valmy Plant in
Nevada, and 10% (57.5 MW) of the Boardman Plant in Oregon. These are in different states and those
residents benefit from the power generated by those plants, this doesn't jusfy an increases to Idaho
residents. The snake River never dried up and with all the wind/solar energy projects that Idaho Power
has involvement , how can they jusfy a rate increase to Idaho residents, I feel this increase is not
jusfied and perhaps they should stop liming the consumer with the 3 er system, make other
changes to the billing structure and stop passing on the higher costs to the consumer when they have
money to invest in other projects, projects that benefit other states and not necessarily Idaho
residents. Idaho Power asks the consumer to be conservave on power yet the company itself is not
thriy. Many elderly, single parents, disabled vets, etc.. struggle to pay the high cost of heang and
cooling as it is now let alone adding $11.07 (@ minimum usage on the 3 er system) to their monthly
bills. Sure Idaho Power offers program informaon to assist individuals with paying their power bills
yet many of these organizaons run out of money and or refuse to help. I know first hand as I have had
to help family members with their power and shut off noce because they were unable to get
assistance. People are struggling and this increase will do nothing more than cause further burdens
upon the consumers. Tell Idaho Power to go aer the real crook, the one who caused the increase in
fuel and coal, the democrac regime, Joe Biden!!!!!! "

Comment: "Every year Idaho Power has a rate increase. It can be called several different things, but it is
sll a rate increase. Where do residenal customers that include families and senior cizens on fixed
incomes get a break. Small and large businesses will pass their increase on to consumers which will
mean these rate increases will be passed onto the same residenal customers who are already
struggling. Please do not allow these increases to connue at the whim of Idaho Power."
