Comment: "It is reported that Idaho Power is asking for 10% rate hike for this next year. They are sta�ng
drought from last year. I can clearly state that all water sources were completely full and we have had
an above average snow pack again this year with good carry over. We consumers are being price gouged
to the extreme! Our wages don't go in! Our incomes don't increase and we don't seem to have a
government en�ty to apply to so that our employers must raise our wages to accommodate these
increases. This gouging, from u�li�es, groceries, gas and all other items must be stopped. The consumer,
I for one, can't afford another increase. I ask that this be denied and they need to budget beter. People
are looking their houses and homes due to this ongoing gouging. Please stop this. Prices need to
decrease not increase. I have lived here for 50+ years and would like to con�nue so. Thank you."
