ORDER NO. 35845

On April 14, 2023, Idaho Power Company (“Idaho Power” or “Company”) applied to the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) for authorization to implement its Power Cost
Adjustment (“PCA”) rates in Schedule 55—Power Cost Adjustment (“Schedule 55”) effective
June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. Application at 1.
On May 31, 2023, the Commission issued its final Order approving the Application to
implement the PCA over a two-year period effective June 1, 2023. Order No. 35804.
On June 1, 2023, the Company submitted a compliance filing with new tariffs in response
to Order No. 35804. Commission Staff (“Staff”) reviewed the tariffs, and confirmed the tariffs
were consistent with Order No. 35804.
The Commission now issues this Order approving the Company’s updated Schedule 55.
COMMISSION FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION
The Commission has jurisdiction over this matter under Idaho Code §§ 61-502 and 61-
503. The Commission is empowered to investigate rates, charges, rules, regulations, practices, and
contracts of public utilities and to determine whether they are just, reasonable, preferential,
discriminatory, or in violation of any provision of law, and to fix the same by order. Idaho Code §§
61-502 and 61-503.
Having reviewed the tariffs filed by the Company in compliance with Order No. 35804,
we find the updated Schedule 55 complies with our directives.
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Company’s updated Schedule 55 is approved as filed,
effective June 1, 2023.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date upon this Order regarding any

matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code §§ 61-
626.
