DECISION MEMORANDUM 2
STAFF REQUEST
Based upon the settlement conferences, Staff believes that a Proposed Settlement has been
reached in principle; however, at this time the Proposed Settlement is not ready to file with the
Commission for review. Staff requests that the Commission vacate the October 18, 2023, all party
written testimony deadline and the November 8, 2023, all party rebuttal testimony deadline until
such time as either a Proposed Settlement is filed, or Staff informs the Commission that a Proposed
Settlement will not be filed; at which time the Commission would reschedule testimony deadlines.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to vacate the existing testimony deadlines?
