Comment: "Hi. I am frustrated that Idaho power isn't using funds just for making, using power. I have
seen Idaho power advertising. I don't have another choice for another power company. I did learn
through their ads that they employ scientists ECT. I get it you should use common sense whenever you
have this vast of impact,but to employ not confer with scientists? It seems that there is a lot of money
spent that doesn't need to be spent. It seems that whenever Idaho power wants an increase you all are
