Comment: "Idaho Power has cut use of coal power; encouraging unreliable and costlier wind and solar to
reduce the amount of carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is what plants need to thrive. The percentage of
carbon in the air is small compared to many other �mes in history.
Climate change is a natural occurrence, not something to fear.
Those in government that want to retain their power are using fear to get people to go along with their
foolishness... banning fer�lizer, subs�tu�ng unreliable energy sources for reliable ones to create
shortages of power, fuel, food, etc. to make people desperate.
Idaho Power is complying with the fear mongers and wants to charge their customers for it.
Anyone who took 10th grade science knows about the ice age, the litle ice age, the medieval warm
period; and PBS broadcast programs about the "Green Sahara"(11,000-5000 years ago. Search, "Green
Sahara"; it's fascina�ng) when there were lakes in the Sahara. Also, scien�sts finding fossil ferns in Alaska
where the research team said, "These grew when the climate here was much warmer."
Please don't allow Idaho Power to charge customers to finance the extra cost of their "green"
experiment.
