Comment: "My husband and I are both re�red and on fixed incomes. $11.61 may not seem a lot to you,
but an annual increase of $139.32 is a lot to us. And your proposed monthly increase is only an
es�mate.
You state that your customer base has increased by about 23% - that is a large increase in revenue.
With the current rate of infla�on, folks on fixed incomes are struggling to make ends meet.
Please consider exemp�ng customers on fixed incomes from rate increases.
