Comment: "I have lived in my home for over 36 years and have never required or needed upgrades to
exis�ng lines. I am re�red and on a fixed income that doesn’t stretch far enough. Infrastructure for new
growth should be an obliga�on of the developer and passed on to the new subdivisions that now occupy
farmland. Seniors can not afford to support new growth for all u�lity companies. Include those costs in
the cost of the lot they are building on and how about pos�ng signs at Idaho borders that the State is
full. I am strongly opposed to this rate increase, as it will take funds away from my grocery and
prescrip�on budget. Then, who will help me? No one."
