Comment: "Concerning the rate increase requested by Idaho Power, the reasons given for the increase
in costs were natural gas pricing and low water flow. Is this a joke? Natural gas did experience a
temporary increase for a couple of months but is now at a level of 2020. Will there be a rate decrease
because of these falling prices? I have asked the same of Intermountain Gas. With the nearly historic
snowfall this season, will there be a rate decrease because of high water flow? Maybe Idaho Power
should look internally for cost savings, such as not donang to polical pares, social groups, etc.
instead of burdening already straining users. This request should be at least modified downward, if not
denied enrely."
