Case No. IPC-E-23-11 – (Idaho Power Company’s 2023 General Rate Case)
Case No. IPC-E-23-14 – (Authority to Implement Changes to the Compensation Structure Applicable to On-Site Generation) Dear Commission Secretary:
Following Idaho Power Company’s (“Company”) January 10, 2024, Supplemental Compliance Filing submitting the rules and schedules implementing the directives from the relevant Commission orders and incorporating Staff’s edits to the initial Compliance
Filing submitted on December 29, 2023, the Company became aware that the parties overlooked a scrivener’s error in Schedule 6, Residential Service On-Site Generation. Specifically, Original Sheet No. 6-8, did not incorporate updates to the time-of-use periods
necessary to align them with those in Schedule 5, Residential Service Time-of-Use Plan (Optional).
Accordingly, the Company makes this Second Supplemental Compliance Filing, submitting revised Original Sheet No. 6-8 to replace, in its entirety, the corresponding sheet included with the Company’s Supplemental Compliance Filing dated January 10,
2024. To assist the Commission and Commission Staff in its review, the Company is submitting a “redline” of the “clean” version of Original Sheet No. 6-8 submitted on January 10th. The Company regrets this oversight and appreciates all the efforts to ensure
accuracy and customer understandability of the new tariff sheets. If you have any questions about the attached documents, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Very truly yours,
Connie Aschenbrenner CA:sg Enclosures
