Because parties to this proceeding believe a settlement has been reached in
principle, Idaho Power and the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association have agreed that
responses do not need to be filed related to the Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association,
Inc’s Third Set of Data Requests dated September 29, 2023. Instead, the Company will
focus on preparing settlement documents for party review and filing with the Commission.
