BOISE WATER CORPORATION - Tariff Correction
BOI-W-93-3
On August 4, 1994, Boise Water Corporation filed a revised Sheet 23 that had previously been approved July 20, 1994.  Company inadvertently omitted paragraphs 70 and 71 from that tariff sheet.  They have now corrected said tariff sheet and ask that it be stamped with the same approval and effective date as those previously submitted in accordance with Order No. 25640 in Case No. BOI-W-93-3.
Randy Lobb, Staff Engineering Supervisor, reviewed the corrected Sheet 23 and he indicates it is now correct.  He recommends approval.
Therefore, revised Sheet 23 submitted by Boise Water Corporation on August 4, 1994, will be stamped approved 7-20-94, effective 7-25-94 and it will be substituted for the incorrect Sheet 23 now in the tariff books.
