The Background section of the Company’s Application indicates erroneously that the Bypass Hydro Project (“Facility”) is located on the Snake River; the Facility is actually located on the North Side Canal Company’s main canal, which uses ERRATA TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY’S APPLICATION - 2 water that is diverted from the Snake River for irrigation and generation. ERRATA TO IDAHO POWER COMPANY’S APPLICATION - 3 3. Finally, it has come to the Company’s attention that Section E-2 of Appendix E (Base Energy Light Load Purchase Price) of the Energy Sales Agreement1 contains a formatting issue in the pricing table on page 53 that makes it difficult to decipher some of the data. As a result, for the sake of clarity, page 53 of the ESA attached to the Application should be replaced with Attachment 1 to this Errata, which rectifies the formatting issue but does not otherwise change the information set forth therein.
