GTE TARIFF ADVICE NO. 94-10
On July 20, 1994, GTE filed Tariff Advice No. 94-10.  Purpose of the filing was to correct Sheet 310 of its tariff which was inadvertently omitted from its Advice No. 94-02 regarding ITAP Surcharge rate change.
This filing changes the .09 to .05, previously approved.  
Jim Long reviewed the filing and he recommends approval.  Because this corrects an inadvertent omission and complies with a previous Commission decision, a Minute Entry is appropriate rather than a Decision Memorandum.
Therefore, the attached 3rd Revised Sheet 310 of GTE will be approved this date 8-2-94, to be effective 8-19-94.
