THE BOARDMAN TO HEMINGWAY 500-KV TRANSMISSION LINE;
CASE NO. IPC-E-23-01.
On January 9, 2023, Idaho Power Company (“Company”) applied to the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission (“Commission”) requesting an order granting a Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) for the purpose of constructing “a 300-mile long, overhead

issued by June 30, 2023.
