Idaho Irrigation Pumpers Association, Inc. (“IIPA”) petitioned to intervene in this case on
February 3, 2023; the Idaho Industrial Customers of Idaho Power (“ICIP”) petitioned to intervene
in this case on February 6, 2023; and the city of Boise City (“Boise City”) petitioned to intervene
in this case on February 10, 2023. All petitions were filed pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71-75 of
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case,
intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of
the Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
O R D E R
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by IIPA is granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by ICIP is granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Boise City is
granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties comply with all rules of the Commission
including Rules of Procedure 71-75, and 222-223 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,
IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075, .222-.223.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all documents
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record. These Intervenors are represented by the
