UPL Advice Letter No. 94-U4
On July 21, 1994 Utah Power & Light Company filed Fourth Revised Sheet No. SC-3A of its Tariff IPUC No. 28 and Amendment No. 7 to Agreement between Utah Power & Light Company and Nu-West Industries, Inc.  Details of the filing are set out in the letter of transmittal, copy of which is attached hereto.
On July 21, 1994 Dave Schunke, Staff Engineering Supervisor reviewed the filing.  The prices reflected in the tariff sheet and Amendment represent the fifth incremental straight-line step toward the target rate established for Nu-West by the Commission and are consistent with the price derivation submitted to the Commission in Case No. UPL-E-90-3.
Dave Schunke recommends approval of the tariff and the amendment to the contract.
Therefore, the attached tariff sheet and Amendment No. 7 to said agreement are approved, to show an approval date of 8-3-94 and an effective date of 8-17-94 (date requested by the company).
