BOISE WATER CORPORATION - Case No. BOI-W-93-3
On Wednesday, July 20, 1994, Boise Water Corporation filed tariffs of rates and charges in compliance with the terms of Order No. 25640 in Case No. BOI-W-93-3.
Staff engineer, Randy Lobb, has reviewed the tariffs and he indicates they are correctly filed.
THEREFORE, we hereby approve said tariffs of rates and charges of Boise Water Corporation, to be effective for service rendered on and after three working days after receipt by this Commission.  The tariffs will be stamped:  APPROVED 7-20-94; EFFECTIVE 7-25-94.
