SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY’S APPLICATION TO
UPDATE THE GAS FORECAST IN THE INCREMENTAL COST
INTEGRATED RESOURCE PLAN AVOIDED COST MODEL; CASE NO.
IPC-E-22-26.

On October 14, 2022, Idaho Power Company (“Company”) applied to update the load
forecast, natural gas forecast, and long-term contract changes that are utilized in the Incremental
Cost Integrated Resource Plan avoided cost methodology.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure setting a December 6, 2022, comment deadline and a December 13, 2022, reply
comment deadline for the Company.
