COMES NOIJ7, Richard E. Kluckhohn and NTesleyA. Kluckhohn, hereinafter referred
to as "Intervenors" or the "Kluckhohns" and pursuant to the Rules of Procedure, Rules 7l
through 75 IDAPA 31.01.01.71-75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission')
and hereby petitions the Commission for leave to intervene herein and to ^ppear and participate
herein as a party.In support of said Petition to Intervene the ICIP says as follows:

Intervenors are individuals receMng electricity utility services from Idaho Power.
Intervenors claim a direct and substantial interest in this proceeding in that the economics and
ability of the Kluckhohns to participate in on-site generation project udll likely be affected by
the outcome of these proceedings.
Please provide copies of all pleadings, production requests, production responses,
Commission orders, and other documents to the name and address above. In the interest of
conserving natural resources and reducing the costs to all parties, please provide all documents
viavia electronic mail in accordance with IPUC Rules 31.01.01.063.02-03.
The nature and quality of Intervenors intervention in this proceeding is dependent upon
the nature and effect of other evidence in this proceeding. If necessary, may introduce evidence,
cross-examine witnesses, call and examine witnesses, and be heard in afgument. The nature and
quality of evidence which this Intervenor will introduce is dependent upon the nature and effect
of other evidence in this proceeding.
Without the opportunity to intervene herein, this Intervenor would be without be
without any means of participation in this proceeding witch may have a material impact on the
ability of the Intervenor to engage in on-site generation projects.
Granting this Intervenor's petition to intenrene will not unduly broaden the issues nor
will it prejudice any party to this case.
WHEREFORE, the Kluckhohns, customers of Idaho Power, respectfully requests the
Commission grant this petition to Intervene and issue a timely order as set forth in IDAPA
31.02.07s.
