PETITION TO INTERVENE
COMES NOW the ldaho Solar Owners Network, an ldaho Non-Profit
Corporation, herein referred to as '!SON", and pursuant to the ldaho Public Utilities
Commission Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01 .01.071-073, the application filed on
June 30, 2022, and the Notice of Application and lntervention Deadline, Order No.
35464, hereby requests to intervene in this matter and to appear and participate as a
party.As grounds therefore states as follows:

Mr. Hill is the President of the ISON Board of Directors. ISON is a non-profit
corporation in ldaho. Pursuant to IDAPA rule 43 Mr. Hill can represent ISON as an
officer of the corporation in this administrative proceeding.
Copies of all pleadings, production requests, production responses, Commission orders
and other documents should be provided as noted above.
2. This Intervenor, ISON, is a non-profit corporation primarily representing ldaho
residentialsolar owners and claims direct and substantial interest in this proceeding in
that this filing may initiate changes in rates and requirements that may negatively
affect their participation in on-site generation. lntervenor status is necessary to
protect our members'interests in protecting and promoting solar generation in ldaho.
3. ISON intends to participate herein as a pafi and, if neoessary, to introduce
evidence, cross-examine witnesses, call and examine witnesses, and be heard in
argument. The nature and quality of evidence which this lnteruenor will introduce is
dependent upon the nature and effect of other evidence in this proceeding. ISON
may seek intervenor funding pursuant to IDAPA 31.01.01.161-165.
4. Granting ISON's Petition to intervene will not unduly broaden the issues, nor will
it prejudice any party to this case.
WHEREFORE, ISON respectfully requests that the Commission grant this petition to
intervene and to fully participate in these proceedings.
