NOTICE OF APPEARANCE
Pursuant to Rules 4l and 49 of the Rules of Procedure of the Idaho Public Utility
Commission (IDAPA 31.01.01.041 & .049), Intervenor City of Boise City (hereinafter "Boise
City") files this Motion to Add Party Representative and Notice of Appearance. The ground for
the Motion is that due to work loads, Boise City has added additional counsel to its team related
to this case and in the interest of expediency wishes to have electronic service directed to additional
counsel.
Pursuant to Rule 41.02 no more than two persons may be listed as a party's representative
unless otherwise authorized by order. IDAPA 31.01.01.041.02. Any such order may impose
reasonable conditions related to the added burden of additional service. Pursuant to Order 35375
MOTION TO ADD PARTY REPRESENTATTVE AND NOTICE OF APPEARANCE - I -
Commission Rules 61 and 62 are suspended and all service in this docket, except for voluminous,
discovery related documents, is completed electronically purzuant to Rule 63 (IDAPA
31.01.01.063). Pursuant to Order 35493 service between parties in this docket should be
accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous discovery-related documents
may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
Intervenor Boise City respectfully requests that it be granted to leave to add Deputy City
Attomey, Darrell G. Early as a party representative in addition to the party representatives
identified in Commission Order 3 5493 . Consistent with Ord er 3537 5 and 3 5493, Boise City would
concur with a reasonable condition providing that Mr. Early receive service of documents via
electronic service only and that Boise City continue to receive only two hard copies of any
voluminous discovery-related documents consistent with Orders 35375 and 35493.
