BEFORE THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF IDAHO
Pursuant to R.P.43.03 and I.B.C.R. 227,the undersigned counsel petitions the Public
Utilities Commission of Idaho ("Commission") for admission of Vicki M. Baldwin, pro hoc vice,
in this case.
Vicki M. Baldwin certifies that she is an active member, in good standing, of the bar of
Utah, which does not limit the number of pro hac vice applications, that she maintains the regular
practice of law at the above-noted address, and that she is not a resident of the State of Idaho or
licensed to practice in Idaho. Vicki M. Baldwin certifies that she has previously been admitted
under I.B.C.R. 227 in the following matters: AVU-E-19-04, In re: Application of Avista
Corporation for the Authority to Increase lts Rates and Charges for Electric Customers in the
State of ldaho, and AW-E-2 I -01 , In re: Application of Avista Corporation for the Authority to
Increase lts Rates and Charges for Electric Customers in the State of ldaho, before the Public
Utilities Commission of Idaho.
