TO FILE REPLY COMMENTS
COMES NOW, Petitioner GeoBitmineLLC, by and through its undersigned attorney
and moves this Commission for an order granting GeoBitmine and additional six days (from
August 31, until September 6) in which to lodge its reply comments. GeoBitmine requests this
extension because much of the short time frame (seven days) allotted by the Commission for it to
lodge Reply Comments has been consumed by other prior cases with pressing deadlines making
counsel for GeoBitmine unavailable to devote the time necessary to prepare thoughtful and
thorough Reply Comments.
Idaho Power and the PUC Staffhave both, through their counsel, stated they have no
objection to the granting of this Motion.
