Pursuant to LB.C.R. 227,the undersigned counsel petitions the Commission for
admission of Rose Monahan, pro hac vice, in this case.
Rose Monahan certificates that she is an active member, in good standing, of the bar of
California, that she maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address, and that she
is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho. Ms. Monahan has not been
previously admitted under I.B.C.R. 227 .
Undersigned counsel certifies that a copy of this motion has been served on all parties in
