On May 13, 1994, Idaho Power Company filed tariffs in accordance with Commission Order No. 25503, dated May 12, 1994.
Copies of the tariffs implementing the Power Cost Adjustment approved by Order No. 25503 are attached hereto, as well as a Memo from Keith Hessing, staff engineer assigned to the case, who reviewed the tariffs.  He indicates they are correct and he recommends approval.
Therefore, said tariffs are hereby approved this date (05-13-94), to be effective May 16, 1994, as set out in the order.
