Comment: "Good morning, So, if I understand it right, with the proposed transition from a monthly net energy metering to an hourly (or even real-time) net energy metering, Idaho
Power not only will avoid to pay money for residential systems that are actually producing more power than they need, but it will actually steal most of the power generated by
residential customers, using it in the grid, but not giving any advantage to them. Well... It seems very convenient to do business without competition. I do hope that this proposal does
not pass, cos it really configures itself as a steal and a blatant step back on green energy enablement. What is the position of the commission on this treachery? Best regards, Fabio"
