Now Idaho Power is hoping that I will be a net loser in this situation. Idaho Power claims that since they maintain the power lines, offices, etc. they are intitled to more for their power than solar panel owners. Every month I pay a $5 service charge. I think that should cover my share of the maintenance and service that Idaho Power provides. Please do not lower the credit for solar panel customers. No one will install solar panels if the return does not justify the expense. I wish I could get the money back from my investment. Thank you." ------ From:Nicholas Thomas To:Jan Noriyuki Subject:IPC-E-22-22 Date:Wednesday, August 3, 2022 4:08:48 PM Dear PUC, Please hold the public hearing on a weekend so more people can voice their opinions on the VODER study. By doing this, you would get a better understanding of what the public thinks about this study and its implications. As a body that represents us, the people, it only makes sense to make the hearing more accessible. Putting the hearing on a weekend would also prevent the hearing from running late into the night, as it can start earlier in the day. Sincerely, Nicholas Thomas
