Comment: "I am concerned that Idaho Power will receive kWh hours from our solar generation system and possibly I'm only going to get a monetary credit. SOOOO, I give you
kWh hours and when you raise your rates, you make money off of me and I get less credit, so I pay doubly. I've paid for a solar system. Idaho Power is REAPING the benefits, and now you
want to change it so that I don't get kWh hours for kWh hours. Where is the equity in that? I'm not understanding. It should be an even exchange, kWh hours for kWh hours, not monetary
that's going to cause me to pay for kWh hours that I generated for Idaho Power. "
