Comment: "I have spoken with several neighbors about Idaho Power's plan to reduce the credit for electricity generation by customers with solar panels. One was getting ready to have
them installed by BigDogSolar. They have all put their plans on hold awaiting the decision regarding this situation. With the federal government talking about removing dams on the
Snake River I would hope that Idaho Power would be looking at every way they could increase the power needed to supply their expanding customer base with the necessary
electricity when needed. Their effort to reduce the credit for solar panels may create an energy crisis with no solution. Thank you for your time and consideration."
