Comment: "I recently installed a PV system. I find the current system of "credits" that can be shared ONLY with another meter in my name AND on the same or adjacent property totally
unacceptable. With current technology it should be possible to "share" credits with any meter in the system. I recently had several conversations with a couple of gentlemen at IPUC. VERY
helpful and informative! They explained the proposed Export Credit system. I VERY much support moving to the Credit Export system. Thank you. Dr. Dave Makings Professor
