Richard E. Kluckhohn and Wesley A. Kluckhohn, pro se (collectively, “the
Kluckhohns”) petitioned to intervene in this case on August 1, 2022. Micron Technology, Inc.
(“Micron”) petitioned to intervene in this case on August 2, 2022. Both petitions were made
pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71-75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAPA
31.01.01.071-.075.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case,
intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of
the Commission’s Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
O R D E R
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by the Kluckhohns,
pro se, is granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Micron, is
granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties comply with all rules of the Commission
including Rules of Procedure 43, 71-75, and 222-223 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,
IDAPA 31.01.01.043, 071-.075, .222-.223.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record. Intervenors are represented by the following
