ORDER NO. 35493
The Idaho Conservation League (“ICL”) petitioned to intervene in this case on July
21, 2022. The Industrial Customers of Idaho Power (“ICIP”) petitioned to intervene in this case
on July 22, 2022. The city of Boise City (“Boise City”) petitioned to intervene in this case on July
25, 2022. All petitions were made pursuant to Rules of Procedure 71-75 of the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission, IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed these Petitions to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case,
intervention by these parties would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of
the Commission’s Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
O R D E R
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petitions to Intervene filed by ICL, ICIP and
Boise City are granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties comply with all rules of the Commission
including Rules of Procedure 71-75, and 222-223 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,
IDAPA 31.01.01.071-.075, .222-.223.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record. Intervenors are represented by the following
