On April 26, 1994, Picabo Livestock Company filed their tariffs in the above case.
Marge Maxwell, Consumer Services Investigator, assigned to the case, has reviewed the tariffs and she indicates they are filed in accordance with Order No. 25447.
Order No. 25447 orders that the rates shall be approved effective on one days notice upon the filing of appropriate tariffs.
Therefore, the attached tariffs are approved this date 4-26-94, to be effective 4-27-94.
