Idaho Power Company (“Idaho Power” or “Company”), in accordance with Rule
203 of the Rules of Procedure of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”)
and the Notice of Modified Procedure, Order No. 35446, issued June 23, 2022, hereby
notifies the Commission that the Company, having reviewed the Comments of the
Commission Staff dated July 14, 2022 recommending that the Commission approve the
Second Amendment to the Energy Sales Agreement between Idaho Power and Simcoe
Solar, LLC, does not intend to file any reply comments.
