Our power bill is too high as it is and I can think of a few ways that they could save money: 1. Cut all advertisements (T.V., Radio, etc..) where they boast about how great of a company they are and how much they do for the world. We don't care! They aren't doing us any favors running up advertising bills and making their customers pay for them. It's not like we have a choice of who we buy our power from. We can't make a call and have Dish Network, or Verizon become our new electric provider. So stop with all of the ad's, they are completely wasteful! 2. Do a little less fish farming, water works, park maintenance and building. Think of all the gas and/or diesel that'll be saved. 3. Cutbacks - Sit at a round table and come up with a few. Everything is going up recently! Now isn't the best time to pour salt in our wounds. We've all had to sit down and decide what we need and what we don't need (we've made cutbacks of our own). We can't pass our choice of living/lifestyle on to others and make them pay for it, how would that be?? 4. How much are all of these little colored pamphlets and other envelope stuffers costing us (not Idaho Power, the customers)? There are usually several in every envelope with our bills, those things end up adding to the postage as well. Thank you for your time, Jeff Smith Rupert, ID (Idaho Power Customer & Ida Corp Shareholder)" ------
