MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
FEBRUARY 7, 1994 - 1:30 P.M.
In attendance were Commissioners Marsha H. Smith and Ralph Nelson.  Commissioner Joe Miller was out of the office on this date, recovering from surgery.  Also in attendance at this time were Mary Friddle, Tonya Clark and Myrna Walters.  Also in attendance was Tim Stivers.
Items from the 2-7-94 Agenda were discussed briefly and acted on as noted.
**Commissioner Miller had reviewed the agenda and indicated to Commissioners Smith and Nelson that he would vote to approve all three items.
1.  Don Howell's January 26, 1994 Decision Memorandum re:  Closure of the Twin Falls Freight Agency, Case No. UP-RR-92-4.
Commissioners approved closing the case.
2.  Mary Friddle's February 4, 1994 Decision Memorandum re:  Robert K. Brown dba Brown Trucking.
*Tim Stivers had filed with the Commission shortly before the start of the decision meeting, his letter of concurrence with staff recommendation in this matter.
Commissioners approved staff recommendation.
3.  Regulated Carrier Division Agenda dated February 7, 1994.
Approved.
Meeting adjourned.
