MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
January 20, 1994 - 1:30 p.m.
In attendance were Commissioners Marsha H. Smith, Joe Miller and Ralph Nelson and staff members Lori Mann, Don Howell, Dave Schunke, Bob Smith, Jack Taylor and Myrna Walters.  Also in attendance was Mike McGrath of IGC.
Items from the January 20, 1994 Decision Meeting Agenda were discussed and acted upon as follows.
1.  Bob Smith's January 7, 1994 Decision Memorandum re:  Washington Water Power Company Report Regarding Savings Offsets to WNP-3 Amortization as Required by Order No. 22042 in Case No. U-1008-204.
Commissioner Smith asked - should the report be discontinued?
Commissioner Miller said central problem is as time passes, it becomes harder and harder to quantify costs... makes it difficult to review.
Bob Smith commented - company is working hard trying to contain costs.
Commissioner Miller said the only advantage of keeping it is keeping the company focused.
Decision was let company know they don't have to continue to file the reports.
**Was discussion on Idaho Power net generation reports and the necessity of receiving them also.
Dave Schunke will check on them.
2.  Dave Schunke's January 11, 1994 Decision Memorandum regarding IGC Tariff Advice No. 93-1.
Dave Schunke explained what the company is asking.
**Decision was to send it out on a 14-day modified.
3.  Lori Mann's January 11, 1994 Decision Memorandum re:  Hayden Pines Water Company Tariff Advice 93-1; Case No. HPN-W-93-3.
Lori Mann commented that the filing went out on modified to contractors in the area.  No comments were received back.

Case is to be closed - refunds ordered.
