Comment: "As a woman of faith who believes we should be good stewards of the land, water and air in Idaho, I am commenting about the proposal of having the Bridger plant convert to
using gas. Gas is a fossil fuel and will contribute to global warming. Our environment is so fragile now that we must move directly to using energy sources, such as solar panels and wind
turbines, that do not contribute to more CO2 in the air This issue of decreasing global warming is a justice issue. Climate change is already adversely affecting millions of people
around the world. We in Idaho should be loving neighbors, doing what we can to slow global warming. Sincerely, Judy Halverson"
