IPC-E-21-41. On May 9, 2022, Idaho Power (“Company”), filed a Withdrawal of Application. Under Rule of Procedure 68, “Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the notice is effective fourteen (14) days after filing.” IDAPA 31.01.01.068. The Commission did not otherwise order. The Company’s Application is withdrawn as a matter of law, effective as of May 23, 2022. Therefore, this case should be closed.
