Comment: "My name is Jeromy and I am an Idaho Power customer living in Meridian. I am aveteran and work for a local non profit. I want Idaho Power to work with community groups to
create a community owned solar program in which customers can subscribe to solar arrays thatare not owned or controlled by the utility. Community owned solar is beneficial because it
increases clean energy and keeps the financial benefits of that clean energy within thecommunities where the solar is located. It also promotes resiliency on the grid through
distributed generation. I care about these issues because everyone should have access to solarpower regardless of economic means."

Comment: "My name is Ryan McGoldrick and I am emailing on behalf of ConservationVoters for Idaho and our members throughout Idaho Power’s service area to express our
strong support for Idaho Power’s proposed Clean Energy Your Way program. Over the lastfew years, the number of clean energy commitments by both large corporations and small
businesses has risen dramatically. Idaho Power’s new program provides a cost effective wayfor organizations to achieve those goals. In addition to benefitting our home-grown businesses,
this will be a draw for job-creators considering Idaho. Businesses will be more willing tomove to a state where they have a viable option for sourcing their energy from clean and local
resources. Additionally, building out our clean energy resources makes financial sense for astate like Idaho. We possess few natural gas or coal resources, so dollars spent on these fuels
are leaving the state. This program allows Idahoans to invest in producing energy locally from our ample renewable energy opportunities. This program will create good, local jobs for our
residents. In addition to supporting the program broadly, CVI is especially appreciative of the inclusion of an option for low income residents to participate. As clean energy continues to get
cheaper, this program can provide rebates that are a financial benefit to low income residents struggling with high property taxes, inflation, and increasing energy costs. Thank you, Ryan
